At Cases Mobile Accessories (CMA), we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • It must include original packaging and all tags/accessories intact.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The product does not match the description shown on our website.

  • You changed your mind (for non-personalized items only).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Items that show signs of use or wear.

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., earphones once unsealed).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at casesmobileaccessories06@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 96641 98490 with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images of the product

  • Reason for return

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll guide you through the return process and arrange a reverse pickup where applicable.
After receiving the product and completing a quality check, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement based on your preference.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned product passes quality check.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet) or as store credit, based on your choice.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for issues related to size, model, or color — subject to availability.

  • The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
