Full payment is made through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
All payments are subject to verification and clearance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, unavailability, or pricing errors.
Partial payments made for COD orders are non-refundable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timeframes may vary by region. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
Delays caused by couriers, weather, holidays, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control. Such delays do not entitle you to cancel the order or claim compensation.
6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We currently accept returns only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged
The product is incorrect or defective
To initiate a claim:

Share an unboxing video as proof
Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging
We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria. Upon verification, a replacement or refund may be processed at our sole discretion.
